If I could give them more than five stars, I would. 10/10 across the board for quality, communication, professionalism, workmanship, and customer service. Jacob and his team installed a beautiful white picket fence around my property, and the quality of their work is incredible. They were professional, hardworking, dependable, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The fence completely transformed my home and turned out beautiful. What impressed me even more, though, was the level of customer service after the installation was complete. Once I had a chance to live with the fence for a couple of days, there was a small aesthetic detail with the scallops that I wanted to adjust. This wasn’t a workmanship issue at all — I simply realized I wanted the scallops to be a little softer and more subtle than I had originally envisioned. Jacob listened to what I was trying to describe, talked through the options with me, and then came back out with his crew to make the adjustment. He genuinely cared that I was completely happy with the finished product, and the result is EXACTLY what I wanted. That level of patience, responsiveness, and commitment to making a customer happy is incredibly rare. You can hire someone who knows how to build a fence, but finding someone who stands behind their work, communicates well, shows up, pays attention to the details, and truly cares about the customer’s experience is something entirely different. That’s what you get with 4 In The Fire Fencing. My fence is absolutely gorgeous, my daughter has a beautiful safe yard to play in, my dog can finally enjoy the yard freely, and I have the white picket fence I’ve always wanted.
